Utility Program Manager

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Utility Program Manager to play a pivotal role in advancing our mission of accelerating the adoption of renewable, carbon-free energy solutions. In this position, you will oversee customer-facing activities related to implementing utility programs. The ideal candidate will combine a strong background in 3-5 years of managing utility programs for program implementers with a deep commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage external utility and aggregator interactions, along with internal customer-facing operations, ensuring seamless utility program implementation while upholding our commitment to sustainability.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and resolve any issues related to utility programs.

• Manage relationships with supply chain partners and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services to utility programs.

• Prepare reports for senior management to support strategic decision-making.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.

• 3-5 years experience in utility program management, with a focus on product management, customer service, utility management, and customer satisfaction.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve operational issues.

• Experience managing relationships with utilities.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
