ANSI/CTA-2045 EcoPort, the "Modular Communications Interface (MCI) for Energy Management," enables manufacturers to build products that can participate in programs for energy flexibility such as demand response. These programs support increased renewables, lower carbon emissions, and energy conservation. The CTA-2045 EcoPort standard accommodates modules that connect to a variety of communication networks.
