Use of the TOUSetup mobile app is done without revealing any personally identifiable information about yourself. We ask you to enter the serial number and the code of your SkyCentrics JA13 CTA-2045 EcoPort module and SkyCentrics has no way to connect that information to you personally. If you contact us with questions or comments or request information about the TOUSetup mobile app, you may volunteer to give us some of your information so that we cannot communicate with you more easitly. Due to the nature of some of these activities, we may collect personally identifiable information such as your name, e-mail address, IP address, and any other contact or personally identifiable information that you voluntarily transmit with your communications to us.

If you choose to voluntarily transmit to us with your communication, we may use your personally identifiable information to contact you to deliver certain services or information you have requested, provide you with offers for products and services, provide targeted advertisements (for applicable service offerings), improve the content and general administration of the mobile app and our services and provide you with notices regarding our services.

SkyCentrics recognizes the privacy interests of children and we encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children's online activities and interests. The TOUSetup mobile app is not intended for children under the age of 13. SkyCentrics does not target its services, its mobile apps, or its  Web Sites to children under 13. SkyCentrics does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13.

The TOUSetup mobile app may track information that will be maintained, used and disclosed in aggregate form only and which will not contain your personally identifiable information, for example, without limitation, the total number of users of our mobile app, or IP addresses, or other information transmitted to us through the mobile app. We may analyze this data for trends and statistics in the aggregate, and we may use such aggregate information to administer the mobile app, track users' movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use.

We will disclose your personally identifiable information (a) if we are required to do so by law, regulation or other government authority or otherwise in cooperation with an ongoing investigation of a governmental authority, (b) to enforce the SkyCentrics Terms of Service and License Agreement or to protect our rights or (c) to protect the safety of users of our mobile apps and our services. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to any company or organization or share it with any company or organization for marketing purposes without your consent, but we may transfer your personally identifiable information to a successor entity upon a merger, consolidation or other corporate reorganization in which SkyCentrics participates or to a purchaser or acquirer of all or substantially all of SkyCentrics ' assets to which this mobile app is associated.

Such measures are reasonably designed to help protect your personally identifiable information from loss, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. 8.Users Outside of the United States:

 

Our computer systems are currently based in the United States, so your personal data will be processed by us in the U.S. where data protection and privacy regulations may not offer the same level of protection as in other parts of the world, such as the European Union.  If you use the TOUSetup mobile app from outside the United States, by using the mobile app you agree to this Privacy Policy and you consent to the transfer of all such information to the United States, which may not offer an equivalent level of protection of that required in the European Union or certain other countries, and to the processing of that information as described in this Privacy Policy.
